Fiber Optic to USB3.0
Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter
The UFO UF101G is a Gigabit Ethernet media converter which converts the Gigabit data link of the fiber optical SFP port to connect to the USB3.0 Type-A (USB3.0-A) port of the Notebook PC, with compatibility to USB3.0/USB2.0 5Gbps/500Mbps super speed specifications. The UFO design is powered by the USB 5V power source with maximum 2.5Watt power consumption including the SFP plug at the highest Gigabit Ethernet transmission for the Fiber Optical converter.
With plug and play features, the UFO embeds auto driver for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS, to provide for the on-site professionals to access the fiber network through the USB port of their Laptop without needs of an external AC/DC power adaptor.
